Full-mouth and single-arch implant treatment
All-on-4 and All-on-6 describe approaches that support a full arch of replacement teeth on four or six implants. The appropriate approach depends on individual assessment; the number of implants alone does not determine the right plan.
One arch. A planned set of supports.
The implant count is only one part of a full-arch treatment plan.

Replacement teeth above implants
- Full-arch restoration:
- A connected arch of replacement teeth.
- Implant supports:
- This teaching model shows six supports in one lower jaw.
Ask your dentist: Does my plan cover one jaw or both, and what supports the teeth?

Four and six are configurations
- Left model:
- Four illustrated implant supports.
- Right model:
- Six illustrated implant supports, not a superiority ranking.
Ask your dentist: Why is this number and arrangement proposed for my anatomy?

The implant count alone does not determine suitability. Compare All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment plans, check the full-mouth implant costs and what your quote includes and plan each implant treatment trip.
What do All-on-6 dental implant prices in Turkey include?
The website’s full-mouth starting estimates include implants and two fixed full-arch bridges, one upper and one lower. The proposed bridge materials, temporary teeth, component details, additional procedures and every visit need confirmation in your written quote. Suitability and the final treatment cost depend on clinical assessment. Compare the complete full-arch treatment scope.
Can the final teeth be fitted on the first trip?
Do not assume that teeth fitted on the first trip are the final restoration. Temporary teeth and later fitting may be separate stages. The treating dentist confirms what is suitable and when; surgical stages do not establish a fixed number of trips. Record each trip’s purpose and remaining stages.
What does ongoing full-arch care involve?
Ask for a demonstration of cleaning beneath the bridge and agree professional maintenance and review appointments. Keep implant and component records for future care. Before travelling, confirm who can maintain the restoration near home and how repair costs would be handled. Plan maintenance for implants and fixed bridges.

Questions about full-arch treatmentLook beyond the implant count. Ask about the restoration, the visits and the care that follows.
01 · One arch or both?
Confirm whether your plan covers the upper jaw, lower jaw or both; your dentist must plan the implant number and arrangement for you.
02 · Temporary and final teeth
Ask which restorations are included and at which stage each would be fitted.
03 · Care beyond the fitting
Discuss cleaning, review appointments and responsibilities for any maintenance or repairs before booking.
MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE
What to consider before treatment.
Ask your dentist how each option would affect your teeth and what alternatives are available.
- Discussing extensive tooth loss or existing dentures
- Finding out whether full-arch treatment is suitable
- Comparing the complete treatment plan across all visits
For questions to discuss with your dentist, compare All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment plans.
“Full-mouth rehabilitation” is broader than full-arch implants: it can involve rebuilding existing teeth as well as replacing missing ones. It does not, by itself, mean all teeth need removing. Ask which teeth can be preserved and consider an independent dental opinion before an extensive plan. The American College of Prosthodontists explains this distinction.
Remaining teeth and alternatives matter.
A full-arch discussion should start with what can be kept and how alternatives would work.

Discuss each remaining tooth
- Natural teeth:
- Ask for the reason behind each recommendation.
- Other designs:
- A separate partial denture illustrates that alternatives need discussion.
Ask your dentist: Which teeth could be retained, and why is full-arch treatment proposed?
About this illustration
Illustrated explanation: Discuss remaining teeth and alternatives.
Ask about each remaining natural tooth before agreeing to a full-arch plan. Illustration for general information; not a patient result.

Fixed and removable are different
- Removable denture:
- Removed by the wearer for the agreed care routine.
- Fixed bridge model:
- Supported on implants; professional care arrangements differ.
Ask your dentist: How would comfort, daily cleaning and maintenance differ for me?

Ask your dentist: Are temporary and final teeth separate stages in my plan?

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Plan access and keep the component records.
Ask the team to show your own cleaning routine and explain future maintenance.

See the underside in a teaching view
- Exploded display:

Keep the details for future care
- Connection shapes:
- The samples illustrate why compatibility needs checking.
- Records:
- Keep the implant and restoration component details with your care plan.
Ask your dentist: What information will a dentist need to maintain or repair my bridge?
