PLAN STAGES WITHOUT ASSUMPTIONS

Plan your implant treatment visits

Record what each implant visit is for, the dates supplied and what must be checked beforehand. This timeline organises your plan; it cannot predict healing or decide when another stage is safe.

A KEY QUESTION

Keep provisional dates labelled and identify who confirms each next step.

YOUR WORKING SHEET

Two-trip milestones

Use clinician-supplied dates only. An appointment marked confirmed does not establish healing, fitness to fly or readiness for another stage.

Your entries stay in this page’s memory. They are not saved on this website or sent to Best Smile Turkey, a dentist or analytics. Leaving or reloading can clear them. Download or print only if you want a copy, and protect it on shared devices.

01

State each trip’s purpose

Implant treatment has surgical and restorative phases, but these do not always mean exactly two trips. Copy the dentist’s proposed purpose for each visit. Ask about extra appointments and clarify “two-stage”, which can describe a surgical approach rather than journeys.

Two travel envelopes stand behind separate implant and crown models, with a loose paper strip and additional blank cards between them.
Illustrated explanation: Separate treatment stages from travel plans Surgical and restorative stages can have different purposes and review needs. They do not necessarily correspond to exactly two trips. Illustration for general information; not a patient result.

THE DETAILS TO UNDERSTAND

Use one row for each assessment, procedure or review. Label dates provisional, confirmed or completed, leaving unknown dates blank. The summary sorts dated milestones and highlights gaps. It never calculates healing, loading readiness or travel clearance from a calendar interval.

A reading map for this section. General information; discuss your individual circumstances with the appropriate clinician.
03

Record what must happen first

For later stages, enter the clinician’s prerequisites and the person who confirms them. Be specific about the outstanding review or records and how you will hear the result before booking. The worksheet does not decide which examination is needed.

04

Care between visits

Record clinical contacts, where interim care will happen and how records will be shared. A worksheet entry does not book a local dentist or transfer care. Note written arrangements for changed travel and extra costs, leaving unresolved questions visible.

05

Review before booking

Check for dates preceding their prerequisites or missing contacts. Sorting cannot correct the plan or assess safety. Ask the treating team to resolve uncertainties and confirm availability. Entries stay in page memory until you leave or clear them; save a private copy and update it after changes.
