A KEY QUESTION
Agree what you could wear if the planned fixed teeth cannot be fitted.
At a glance.
| Term | Meaning | Clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Immediate placement | Implant placed during extraction appointment | When replacement teeth are fitted |
| Immediate loading | Within one week of placement, in ADI guidance | Actual fitting date and restrictions |
| Same-day teeth | Ask what the offer means | Fixed or removable; temporary or final |
General differences to discuss with your dentist. This comparison does not determine which treatment is suitable for you.
Separate placement and loading
An implant placed immediately after extraction may still be left to heal before loading. A previously healed gap may receive an implant intended for immediate loading. Ask the dentist to explain both decisions for your plan.

Identify the teeth
Confirm whether the replacement is fixed or removable, temporary or final, and which teeth or arch it covers. A smile photograph cannot establish the material or stage. Include later try-ins, final teeth and opportunities to discuss changes in the quotation.

Check the conditions
Bone quantity, quality and initial implant stability affect whether immediate loading is suitable. Inadequate stability or substantial grafting may mean delayed loading. Ask which decisions require findings during surgery; an online enquiry cannot guarantee the timetable.
Agree a backup
Ask what happens if fixed temporary teeth cannot be fitted. An existing denture may need adjustment or a period before it can be worn after surgery.
- Could I be without replacement teeth for a time?
- Who arranges and pays for the alternative?
- Would this change my stay or later appointments?
If an immediate denture is proposed, read about removable teeth after extraction.
Protect healing implants
Having teeth fitted does not mean healing is complete. Follow written eating and cleaning instructions for the restoration you receive. Confirm review dates and whom to contact if it feels loose or uncomfortable. Allow for recovery when planning work and travel.
Check the complete offer
Request extraction where needed, implants, temporary and final teeth, reviews and all charges in one plan. Best Smile Turkey coordinates enquiries; the treating dental team provides treatment. Confirm suitability, service availability and the clinical schedule directly with the dentist.
For a full-arch proposal, compare the All-on-4 and All-on-6 quote scope. Confirm which arches, temporary and final teeth, appointments and additional procedures the written offer covers.
