Check care and payment responsibilities
Ask who provides maintenance and assesses problems, including after treatment abroad. Record written answers about fees, travel, accommodation and other dentists’ work. Confirm warranty conditions and exclusions before counting on a contribution.
How the monthly amount works
Complete all cost lines, enter the amount already set aside and choose a positive whole number of months. The tool subtracts the set-aside amount, with a minimum shortfall of zero, divides by the chosen months and rounds up to the next penny. It includes no interest, inflation, exchange-rate changes or affordability assessment. The period is not a replacement date; this is not financial advice.
Review before saving
Check missing items, outdated figures and quantities based on uncertain clinical need. Leave unknowns open rather than filling them with zeros. Prices and treatment recommendations must come from the provider. Entries remain in page memory and nothing is sent. Protect downloaded or printed copies with financial or health details.
