Check what the figures cover
Flight changes may include fare differences and fees; extended accommodation may cost a different rate. Use current terms and count only extra expenses. The tool does not convert currencies, estimate treatment fees or separately calculate lost earnings. Include checked additional amounts under other costs where relevant.
Confirm who pays
Ask the provider which expenses it would cover in the situation described and obtain the conditions in writing. A treatment warranty may exclude travel or accommodation. Check insurance for planned dental treatment and related changes. The calculator does not establish cover or subtract expected payouts.

Record who answers clinical, booking and payment questions, including support if a companion cannot stay. Seek necessary local care before finishing a budget or waiting for travel replies.
